Princess Love to Divorce Ray J after Nearly 4 Years of Marriage

"Love and Hip Hop" star, Princess Love is putting an end to her marriage drama with Ray J. The mother of two has filed for divorce after four years of being married to the rapper.

Princess Love is officially walking away from her marriage to Ray J. After being married to the rapper for almost four years, the 35-year-old filed for divorce on Tuesday, in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Although the couple welcomed their second child, Epik Ray, together only four months ago, news of their divorce comes as no surprise due to the already existing problems in their relationship.

Princess and Ray J got married in 2016 but started experiencing problems in their marriage last year. In November 2019, The "Love & Hip Hop" actress accused her husband of leaving her stranded in Las Vegas with their first child, Melody.

Despite being pregnant at the time, the "Love and Hip Hop" star made a vow to get a divorce from the rapper.

Their marital issues took another turn when the "One Wish" singer was sighted without his wedding ring while boarding a plane in Los Angeles.

Rapper Ray J filled their Beverly Hills home with several roses.

Despite denying all of these allegations, Ray J offered a public apology to Princess during an appearance on the "Wendy Williams Show." He promised to do better as a husband while adding that he would also try to make wiser decisions.

In another interview last December, Ray made claims about being cool with his wife. He also disclosed that they had spent Thanksgiving together as a family.

Following the birth of their second child, the proud father took to Instagram to gush about the newborn, while also expressing his gratitude and love for his wife, Princess Love.

On Valentine's day, the 39-year-old musician further tried to win his wife back by filling their Beverly Hills home with several roses. None of these was able to change Princess's mind.

When asked to speak about the divorce, a spokesman for Princess and Ray J explained that the divorce was a difficult decision for the couple. He also requested that they are given privacy to deal with these difficult times.
