Camille, who rose to stardom as a child star looked all grown up in her latest photo. At 30, she has blossomed into a stunner whose mother also glows agelessly.

The “Bernie Mac Show” actress posted their photo to commemorate Mother’s Day. She didn’t say it outright in her caption which instead simply read, “Mother approved social media post.”

Camille, no doubt, credits her rise to stardom to her supportive mother who managed to keep her on the right track. As a child star, Camille recalled earlier this year how her parents made sure she had a normal life while working on “The Bernie Mac Show.”

Since raking awards for her performance as Vanessa Thomkins alongside Bernie Mac, Camille has had a stable career in television. She even ventured into voice-over recording.

She told The Hype Magazine that her parents saw to it that she still had a childhood. They knew all too well that celebrity fades so they tried to maintain a balance between Camille’s television career, her education, and her other activities.

This is also the reason why Camille managed to avoid the “child star bug.“I would have to credit my family and my friends,” she told Hype.

“They look at you as a regular person and don’t treat you any differently just because you’ve been on TV or in a movie…I think that helped me tremendously.”

Her television appearances included the medical dramas “ER,” and “Grey’s Anatomy” and the police drama, “Criminal Minds.” She also had a recurring role in “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” as the character, Lauren Treacy.

Meanwhile, she voiced for the character, Rhonda Vega in “Children of Ether” and Syrena in the English dub version of “Cannon Busters,” to name a few.

Just recently, Camille showcased her vocal skills when she rendered Johnny Swims’ “Take The World” in a clip on her Instagram. No surprise there since she’s also a singer by profession.

Apart from her Hollywood gig such as her participation in the soundtrack of Disney’s “Geppetto,” she is popularly known for her hits, “One Small Voice” and “The Night Before Christmas.”
