The Blast: Ray J's Estranged Wife Princess Love Files for Full Custody of Their Kids

Princess Love has decided to push through with her divorce from husband Ray J, and she has officially filed for full custody of their two children and is demanding child support.

Princess Love is determined to divorce her husband, and that now includes asking the court for full custody of their two children, Melody, 2, and Epik, 4 months. While Ray is allowed visitation of the two children, she would like to have them with her majority of the time.

On top of the proposed custody arrangement that she filed in court, she requested the judge to grant her child support without having to provide Ray J with any spousal support in case that is the court's decision. It seems the dent is so huge in their relationship, that she even asked for legal custody over their kids.

PRINCESS LOVE'S REQUESTS

When legal custody is granted over a parent, it includes medical and educational decisions for the children. Ultimately, Princess would like to have the last say on these matters, especially those that could be life-changing.

The last straw for Love was when she and her daughter Melody were left stranded in a hotel room in Las Vegas while Ray J was out partying the entire night.

ANNOUNCING THE DIVORCE

The "Love & Hip Hop" star called it quits on their marriage on May 5, four years after their intimate ceremony was aired on their reality TV show. Princess has been vocal about Ray J's vices and escapades which has led to the downfall of their marriage.

Although it could've been years in the making, the last straw for Love was when she and her daughter Melody were left stranded in a hotel room in Las Vegas while Ray J was out partying the entire night. Since then she vowed to get a divorce from the rapper.

RAY J'S LAST EFFORTS

Through the past couple of months, the "One Wish" singer has been trying to make it right with his wife, doing all he can for her to forgive him. They welcomed their son Epik Ray together, but it wasn't enough for her to stay married to him.

Now, the two are set to face one another in court and battle it out in terms of custody and child support. They have yet to announce their divorce publicly, but by the looks of it, it is officially happening in full swing.
