Denzel Washington Helps Distressed Man in Street Amid Oncoming Traffic
Denzel Washington went out of his way to help a homeless man who was clearly in distress while out in West Hollywood.
Denzel Washington stopped his car and helped a distressed homeless man at around 1 PM in West Hollywood over the weekend, as the man was walking in the street where there were many cars driving around him.
Hoping to save the man from any potential danger, the Academy Award-winning actor stepped out of his car and brought him to the sidewalk where he calmed him down. He then called the police to try and find suitable help for the man so that the incident does not happen again.

HIS GOOD DEED
As the police arrived, Denzel remained on the sidewalk to try and comfort the man. Ultimately, the man was detained and then released just to ensure that he was in good shape and ready to head outside again.
"Black Panther" star Chadwick Boseman revealed that Denzel Washington actually helped him go to school as he paid for his debt anonymously.
A NATURALLY GOOD MAN
Many noted that while he was wearing a protective mask, the person he was trying to help wasn't but it didn't matter to him. On top of getting the man to safety, the actor was also seen giving the man a drink and something to eat while they tried to calm him down.

HELPING FELLOW ACTORS
"Black Panther" star Chadwick Boseman revealed that Denzel Washington actually helped him go to school as he paid for his debt anonymously. When they finally met at the "Black Panther" New York premiere, he couldn't help but let the "Malcolm X" star know of his kind deed.
When they finally met in person, Boseman let him know that he paid for him to go to school. Denzel went on to joke that the reason why he was in the premiere was to collect the payment for what he did for Boseman. Up until today, it remains a great memory for the Marvel star.
