Gwen Stefani and Her Ex Gavin Rossdale Have 3 Sons – Meet All of Them

Former “The Voice” coach Gwen Stefani is a big musical star but when she’s not in the limelight, the singer is parenting three sons with her ex-husband who’s also a musician.

In 2002, Stefani married Bush frontman, Gavin Rossdale. Four years later on May 26, the couple had their first child, a boy named Kingston James McGregor.

Then on August 21, 2008, the pair had another son called Zuma Nesta Rock. On February 24, 2014, the couple had another boy together and they named their last born, Apollo Bowie Flynn.

CO-PARENTING THE KIDS

Sadly, their union wasn’t meant to last forever and Stefani and Rossdale ended up calling it quits in 2016. Since then, the duo has continued to co-parent the three boys.

On May 9, 2020, Rossdale opened up about how they were managing the co-parenting stating: “You know, we both manage to feed them and get them to school on time, more or less!” At the time, the singer was at the world premiere of “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.”

LEARNING FROM THE BOYS

He went on to explain how his boys were “doing really good,” and were “really happy, and that’s it.” Rossdale shared how he and his ex-wife “We’re doing the best we can.”

Besides parenting the boys, it appears the trio has also imparted some knowledge to their mother. During a “Shape” interview, Stefani revealed:

“One thing the kids have taught me is how to be more organized.”

BEING IN CHARGE

The No Doubt lead singer added: “I lived at home until I was 26, then I had a tour manager, then a manager, then an assistant.” She explained how she always had people who did things for her on tour but how different that was as a mother.

DATING SHELTON

The star acknowledged how she had to be the “one in charge” in her relationships with her children. Stefani has been dating country music singer Blake Shelton since 2015.

KINGSTON’S LIFE

She shared how great he was with her sons that she sometimes had to ask him to come home so he could help her. Kingston is following his parents in the entertainment industry and has already featured on “GQ.”

The little boy’s first middle name, Bowie, is from his paternal grandmother's maiden name. While the name Flynn is from his maternal grandmother's maiden name.
