Speaking on how she and Beyonce came up with "Savage" remix, Megan couldn't keep the excitement from her voice as she recalled events that led up to the collaboration saying:

"I got a call one day, and they were like, 'Yeah, Beyonce is gonna do a remix to 'Savage.' I was like, shut the [expletive]...I didn't believe it…"
