Patti LaBelle's Granddaughters Sing Birthday Song for Grandma in a Sweet Video

Patti Labelle and her granddaughters were a sight to behold in a new social media post as the little girls honored her on her birthday.

The "Godmother of Soul" is a year older, and she made sure to celebrate in style with her lovely grandbabies. Patti Labelle was sweetly celebrated on Instagram as her granddaughters, Gia and Leyla, sang beautifully for her big day.

SWEET TRIBUTE FOR GRANNY

The images which were shared on Gia's page melted hearts as LaBelle, and the little girls looked radiant. "The birthday girl" was glammed up in a stylish blue gown while she rocked blunt cut with bangs. The caption read:

In the video shared, the "Stir It Up" crooner flanked her loved ones as they sang to her in the dining area. A beautifully decorated cake lay on the dining table as Gia and Leyla did a heartwarming rendition of the "Happy Birthday" song. After singing, the two beauties got a standing ovation from grandma as they placed kisses on her face.

Once when the Grammy winner shared one of Gia's elegant looks, the baby girl sported a white t-shirt tucked into a pair of ripped jean shorts. The little one completed her look with a pair of gladiator sandals, a black sun hat, and a mini Avenue handbag.

Gia and Leyla may still be little girls, but they sure have good taste in music. This was confirmed by their famous granny, who shared with People that they fancied her sounds.

Labelle shared that Gia seems to be stuck on "Lady Marmalade," her hit track from 1975. Leyla is also not left out from enjoying "Lady Marmalade."
