Before concluding that the world misses him, which isn't far from the truth, as numerous fans commented on the upload, she hinted that there was a possibility of watching "Defiant Ones" one of her dad's features, as a way of honoring him ultimately.

From time to time, the 60-year-old actress reminds fans that she's always thinking about her dad, who passed on at age 84.

She shared an addiction problem like her dad and battled with it for nearly a decade.

Actress Janet Leigh was Tony's first wife. The duo had a daughter, Jamie Lee, who found an interest in the same craft as her parents, so she pursued a career in acting.

The 60-year-old had a close relationship with her dad following their reconciliation after years of being estranged. Unfortunately, she had an addiction problem like her dad and battled with it for nearly a decade.

Her dad's drug and cocaine abuse began when his career started to recline, and roles stopped coming in. Sadly, his son, Nicholas Curtis, followed in his footsteps but died in 1994.

Jamie Lee hid her addiction for decades and got candid about it two years ago. She confessed that she's been sober for twenty years.

Even her husband, whom she's been married to for several years, only found out in 1999, when the actress attended her first recovery meeting.
