Brandy Norwood's Fans Say Her Daughter Sy'rai Looks Gorgeous and Is Mom's Mini-Me in a New Photo

Sy'rai Iman Smith, the daughter of singer Brandy Norwood, recently shared a picture of herself on her Instagram page, leading to many comments from her fans.

A new picture uploaded by Sy'rai Smith, 17, on her Instagram page led to many comments from fans who noted the striking resemblance between her and her mother, Brandy Norwood.

The picture showed Smith looking gorgeous as she stared at the camera, flaunting her stylistic braids that featured two long braids falling on her body. She captioned her post thus, "your life matters."

Commenting on the post, one of Smith's fans wrote that Smith was a doll looking like her mother. Another person described the 17-year-old as a beautiful young lady and wished her luck in college.

A third person also said that Smith looked like her mom, while a fourth wrote that she looked gorgeous, urging her to stay safe amid the pandemic. Another fan wrote:

"Beautiful and Gorgeous."

Sy'rai Smith has grown up so fast since her birth on June 16, 2002. She turned 17 last year and is a week off from becoming an adult. Her mother celebrated her seventeenth birthday with a sweet tributary post on Instagram.

In the post, Brandy, who shares an unbreakable bond with her daughter, described her as a beautiful soul with a heart of gold, adding that she loved her with all of her spirit and would always be there for her.

Brandy was impressed by her daughter's new song and showed her support via a post on Instagram.

Brandy also wrote about her daughter's voice and music, saying that it would touch the world. She also wished her father, Willie Norwood, and her brother, Ray J, a happy Father's Day in the post.

It is not just her mother's looks that Sy'rai Smith has taken after, but also her unique and wonderful voice. She showed the world a glimpse of her amazing sound with the release of a new single on April 18.

The single was produced by Brandy's nephew, Aaron Smith, and is titled, "At Your Best." The song is a tribute to the 1994 classic, "At Your Best (You Are Love)" by Aaliyah.

Brandy was impressed by her daughter's new song and showed her support via a post on Instagram, where she shared a snippet of the tune and urged her fans to check it out.

Brandy shares her daughter with her ex-fiancé, Robert "Big Bert" Smith, with whom she was romantically involved in the early 2000s. Their relationship was kept a secret until the singer announced her pregnancy in February 2002.

Sy'rai Smith's birth was well documented on the MTV show, "Brandy: Special Delivery," and many fans who viewed the show continue to be awed by her growth in the last 17years.
