Since the two officially began dating sometime in 2017, they have remained inseparable and have quickly become the cynosure of all eyes. Sims' sparkling presence has also become a permanent feature at most of Koepka's PGA tournaments as she gleefully cheers him on to victory.

Curiously, Sims' relationship with Koepka has coincided with an upward trajectory in the talented golf players' career. In the three years of their relationship, Koepka has claimed four major trophies, including the PGA Championship and the US Open.

MEET JENA SIMS

Jena Michelle Sims is an American actress and former beauty queen who was born December 30, 1988. Golf initiates will recognize that the beautiful blonde shares the same birth date with professional golf legend Tiger Woods.

In 2006, Sims got her first introduction to the spotlight when she won the Miss Georgia Teen USA 2007 and represented Georgia at the Miss Teen USA 2007 pageant, which took place in Pasadena, California in August 2007.

After her brief stint in Pageantry, Sims took up a career in acting and has featured in several television and film productions. Some of these movies include "Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader," "Sharknado 5 – Global Swarming," and "Last Vegas," which featured Hollywood A-listers Robert DeNiro, Michael Douglas, and Morgan Freeman.

Aside from her acting career, Sims has also been heavily involved in philanthropy over the last decade through her non-profit organization, "Pageant of Hope." The organization primarily sponsors pageants for children living with cancer and other medical challenges.

Jena Sims' love for golf began long before she met Koepka. The stunningly beautiful actress grew up watching golf, and she finally met Brooks Koepka at the 2015 Masters tournament.

During a recent interview, Sims explained that Koepka was initially worried she would get bored watching him play. She said:

"He'll say to me all the time: 'It must be so boring walking around in the crowd watching me play. And I'm like, no way. I actually really enjoy it. I grew up around golf; my dad is a huge golfer."

Despite meeting in 2015, the pair didn't begin dating until 2017, and the couple got their first introduction as a couple in an awkward way.

After winning the US Open in 2017, Jena Sims made her way to Koepka's arms and celebrated the victory with a passionate kiss. Fox sports announcer Joe Buck made an embarrassing blunder when he called Sims the wrong name, mistaking her for Koepka's ex-girlfriend Becky Edwards. As Sims ran up to the turf to meet her man, Buck said:

"His girlfriend, Becky Edwards, an all-American soccer player at Florida State."

Buck's broadcast partner, former pro golfer Brad Faxon, quickly corrected his partner and properly identified Jena Sims as Koepka's new girlfriend.

In 2018, Buck caught up with Jena Sims at the PGA Championship in Bellerive and praised her for taking his blunder. Sharing a picture with the 31-year-old actress, he wrote:

"At the PGA Championship at Bellerive in stl and LOOK who I finally met.... wait..umm..I got this...hold on..@jenamsims"

Brooks Koepka's girlfriend has been a constant feature at his tournaments, always cheering him on and occasionally creating some memorable PDA moments.

On some occasions though, the 2017 US Open champion has rebuffed his girlfriend's advance for a romantic smooch.

At the final round of the 2019 PGA Championships, the No. 3-ranked golfer in the world, known for his fierce competitiveness, was in no mood for pleasant distraction as he shunned an apparent good luck kiss from Sims.

The lovebirds are currently self-isolating together, and the former beauty queen has been documenting their stay at home experience on her Instagram page.

Before dating Jena Sims, Koepka was in a relationship with American professional soccer player Becky Edwards. Koepka and Edwards met while they were both at Florida State and began dating around 2012.

In 2016, Edwards caddied for Koepka at the Par 3 contest of the Masters' Tournament. The talented soccer player currently plies her trade in Sweden for Kristianstads DFF.

BROOKS KOEPKA'S CAREER

Brooks Koepka began his golf career while at Florida State University, where he achieved some success with the "Noles" and rose to become a three-time All-American.

Koepka turned pro in 2012, and after under a decade as a professional golf player, he has risen to become one of the top players of the sport.

In 2018, after winning the CJ Cup, Koepka became number one in the world golf ranking and maintained the position for 47 weeks.

Brooks Koepka, 30, has enjoyed a quick rise in professional golf, which has seen him claim four major championships. His first major championship win came in 2017 at the US Open.

He defended his US Open championship in 2018 and followed that up with two PGA Championships in 2018 and 2019.

Throughout his career, Koepka has hardly put a foot wrong, but at the 2018 Ryder cup, an errant shot from the PGA Champion caused a freak accident to a spectator, Corine Remande, that led to a permanent loss of vision in her right eye. Speaking about the sad incident, Koepka told CNN:

"I'm all messed up inside. It will definitely be the one shot I regret in my career. Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life."

Koepka reached out to Corine Remande and offered his sincere apologies for the wayward shot. Since the accident, the talented golf player has claimed the PGA Championship and is currently waiting for the PGA Tour's planned mid-June return amid the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
