Tori Spelling's Daughter Stella McDermott Looks like Mom in a Rare Photo

Tori Spelling's daughter Stella is already a pre-teen, and her mom is so proud. She also can't believe how quickly time has passed.

On Tuesday, Tori Spelling celebrated her oldest daughter Stella McDermott's 12th birthday. The actress shares Stella and four other children with her husband, Dean McDermott.

The reality star took to Instagram, where she posted ten photos of the young girl over the years. Her fans chimed in to say happy birthday as well. The post is found below.

TORI CELEBRATES HER FIRST DAUGHTER

"This beautiful magical fashionista DIY'er and baker extraordinaire is 12 years old today," Spelling began a lengthy caption in which she went onto praise Stella for her unique personality.

"She feels, she creates, she listens, and she understands," wrote Spelling, adding that she sometimes forgets that she's Stella's mom and not her best friend. The pair certainly look alike.

In a way, though, the mother-daughter duo are indeed best friends. Stella taught her mom how to be a mom, and the pre-teen is practically a mom herself to her youngest brother, Beau.

LITTLE STELLA IS AN INSPIRATION

The "Troop Beverly Hills" actress continued to commend her daughter for being inspirational to other young women before wrapping up with some loving words.

At the end of her caption, Spelling also wished Stella's cousin, Sage, a happy birthday. Her brother Randy responded in the comments and shared her wish to have future birthdays together — after the pandemic passes.

SPELLING'S SUCCESS IN THE INDUSTRY

Stella should also be proud of her mother, who has made a name for herself both in film and reality tv. Spelling's father was a successful producer, so it's no wonder she got into the entertainment industry.

While Tori and Dean are reality show stars, they're also pretty big on family. They've have been married since May 2006. In addition to Stella, they share Liam, 13, Hattie, eight, Finn, seven, and Beau, three.

Spelling is a Harvard-Westlake graduate and best known for 2001's "Scream 2," 1994's "A Friend to Die For," 2012's "The Mistle-Tone's," 2001's "Scary Movie 2," and most recently, "BH90201."

HER AND DEAN'S ROCKY HISTORY

Spelling and McDermott have had their share of ups and downs throughout the years, but the pair continue to stick it out. They first met on the set of 2005's Lifetime flick, "Mind Over Murder."

McDermott was married at the time, as was Spelling. The pair had an affair with each other and got married the next year. They welcomed Liam and debuted the reality show, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," in 2007.

In late 2013, the media got ahold of news that McDermott had cheated on his wife. The two decided to work things out, encountering financial difficulties and health struggles in later years.

CELEBRATING THEIR 14TH ANNIVERSARY

In May, Spelling paid tribute to McDermott for the pair's 14th wedding anniversary by sharing a photo of them taken just six months after their marriage.

At the time, Spelling was pregnant with Liam. The actress also shouted out her children as well as their 14 pets. The large family must have constant energy at home. We're sure they can handle it.
