Jamie Wood spoke candidly about his experience growing up as a son of The Rolling Stones member, Ronnie Wood. It was not an easy childhood.
The rock-star world influenced Jamie from a young age. At 14 years old, he started taking drugs, as reported by Daily Mail.
Jamie, 45, revealed that he used heroin, cocaine, and cannabis. He recalled: "Drugs were normal in my family. It was part and parcel of my upbringing."

LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON
His vices eventually took a toll on his health. In October 2017, at the age of 42, he suffered a heart attack that saw him undergo emergency surgery.
Two stents had to be inserted into his heart. He was discharged from the hospital after five days. Among others, he has resolved to drop his habit of excessive smoking.
This is also the same habit that led to his father, Ronnie, to develop lung cancer. The legendary rock musician had part of his lung removed to survive cancer, as reported by Fox News.
