TRAVIS' NEW SPOT

Although the property was listed for $42 million in 2019, Scott got a great deal by paying $23.5 million in cash. According to a real estate agent, the property is not only luxurious, but it is also family-friendly which makes it perfect for his toddler daughter.

"It's a spectacular property and the perfect combination of ultra-luxurious and family-friendly. It has amazing panoramic views of the ocean and all the way to downtown LA."

While its indoor amenities are impressive, the property's garden is also impressive. It has a 10,000 square foot backyard with a glass-tiled infinity pool, a garden, and an orchard lined with 300 trees.

Nowadays, Scott and Jenner focus on co-parenting their daughter Stormi instead of trying to rekindle their relationship.
