Jaleel White Celebrates Father's Day with Daughter Samaya Who Made Him Pancakes

Jaleel White spent Father's Day weekend with his lookalike daughter Samaya who made sure to make him feel special during the celebration.

While Jaleel White simply wanted his daughter to whip him up some pancakes as her gift to him on Father's Day, she had a lot more prepared for him. The lovely duo has always spent their time together in the best way they can, and this weekend was no different.

On Instagram, the proud dad shared a video of his little girl happily preparing pancakes for him in the kitchen as he sat down and watched. The video was accompanied by several pictures of Jaleel and Samaya, giving fans a hint of what their favorite pancake brand actually is.

JALEEL'S CAREER AND RELATIONSHIP

Best known for playing Steve Urkel on "Family Matters," Jaleel is now a proud dad to his mini-me Samaya. Every week, they have several different bonding moments that he proudly shares with fans on social media which range from pizza dates, movie premieres, to dance parties at home.

Jaleel shares Samaya with ex-wife Bridget Hardy. The pair got married in 2006 before divorcing three years later. Despite his marital struggles, he did not let it affect the way he raised Samaya, and the two share an inseparable bond.

A STRONG BOND

While staying at home amid quarantine, Jaleel tried to make things more interesting for his daughter recently by taking her on a Hanna-Barbera movie marathon featuring "Jetsons," "Scooby-Doo," and "Astro."

Now that Samaya is growing up and shaping her own personality, Jaleel has been her constant guide.

Sharing a love for movies, Jaleel stepped things up a notch on another day by taking his daughter to a drive-in movie theater, an old-school yet completely necessary option now that social distancing is needed.

THE KEY TO PARENTING

As for what keeps their relationship strong as father and daughter, Jaleel once revealed that it entails a whole lot of patience. After all, parenting is definitely not an easy feat.
