The actor met his wife Keisha in 1993 when he was working as a model, and she worked as a booking agent.

They now have five children, Isabella, twins Maya and Kaila, Eva, and Jackson. Speaking about his marriage to Good Housekeeping, he said,

"Every relationship has its ups and downs but I'm glad I get to go through the ups and downs with her. I just feel really fortunate to have found someone who will be my partner on this journey."

Before he got his big break, Chambers was a model, and it was while modeling for Calvin Klein that he met his wife.

He made his introduction to the screen in 1995 when he got a role on "Another World." After years of mostly small parts, he was given the role on "Greys Anatomy" in 2005.

The bandmates met while they were all in high school.

Another revelation is that one of the actor's daughter's Eva, is in a rock band called "Pinky Pinky the Band."

The bandmates met while they were all in high school and recently released their EP "Hot Tears." During an interview, Eva spoke about the name of their band saying,

"The name comes from this South African legend about this monster that hurts little girls when they’re on the toilet — and this is the PG version…we didn’t realize it was a real, feared thing in South Africa."

The proud father often posts about his daughter's band, sharing when they went on their first European tour as well as celebrating their albums.

Other than a few photo's however, Chambers and his family are notoriously private, occasionally appearing on the red carpet together.

To explain his departure from the hospital, his character sent a letter to his fellow doctors, letting them know that he would not be coming back.

He added that he was going to move to Kansas to reunite with Izzie, played by Katherine Heigle and their two children.
