Carole Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton's mom, has proven herself to be quite the kind neighbor by caring for a neighbor, who was ill with COVID-19.

Carole Middleton is one sweet and thoughtful lady amid the pandemic. The Duchess's mom took it upon herself to secretly care for her neighbor, who had contracted COVID-19 by dropping off soup on her neighbor's doorstep daily. A source told People:

"Her neighbor was very ill with the virus, and she visited them with homemade soup every day. [She] just did it because she felt it was the right thing to do."

The grandmother to royal children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, who is in Quarantine with her son, James, and his fiancee, Alizee Thevenet, in Bucklebury, Berkshire, about fifty miles west of London, found out about her neighbor's illness and felt compelled to help.

Without telling anyone anything about her plans, she started setting out every day to aid their recovery in the best way that she could.

The soup would go a long way in relieving the ailing neighbor's COVID-19 symptoms. The neighbor has thankfully recovered from the disease.

While Carole has been occupied with putting smiles on other people's faces, she has also had personal reasons to smile.

Dropping off soup for an ailing neighbor is not the only kind gesture Carole has done during this pandemic, to help put smiles on people's faces.

Back in April, the doting sixty-year-old delivered bags of presents on behalf of her company, Party Pieces, to the children's ward of the local hospital in her locale. On the company's official Instagram page, Carole wrote:

"Happy to help @nhsheroes with some toys for the children's ward."

The caption followed a sweet photo of Carole in a lovely blue dress, unloading boxes of gifts and goody bags from the trunk of a car with a happy smile on her face.

Royal fans were forced to fall in love with not only Carole's beautiful smile but also her genuine desire to help other people in the most thoughtful ways.

While Carole has been occupied with putting smiles on other people's faces, the royal grandma has had personal reasons to smile as well. On June 21, Father's Day, she and her husband, Michael Middleton, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

The longtime lovebirds wedded in 1980 and welcomed three children together — Catherine, Pippa, and their youngest, James. The mom of three founded her company, Party Pieces, in 1987, the year her son, James, was born.

Carole and her company have been doing a fantastic job of contributing towards making people happier during these challenging times. Carole's small but sweet grand gestures might not always be soup or goody bags, but they are definitely always thoughtful.
