Christina Anstead Announces 5 Episodes & Return to Work on the New Season of Her HGTV Show

Christina Anstead recently took to Instagram to announce the next five episodes of "Christina on the Coast." She also revealed that she officially began filming for a new season of her hit HGTV show.

Premiered in May 2019, "Christina on the Coast" has become a hit for HGTV. The home renovation TV series featuring Anstead revolves around properties in Southern California.

"SO happy to announce the next 5 episodes of #christinaonthecoast will air on @hgtv August 6 and they are now all 1 hour episodes," Anstead wrote. "And -I officially start filming for Season 3 this month as well (12 new episodes coming 2021)."

SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND

Her legion of fans immediately added their thoughts via comments. One person said that she could not wait for the new episodes. Another added that Anstead's shows have been fun to watch during the quarantine.

According to The List, Anstead's husband, Ant Anstead, has been a big part of her show. In an interview, she explained that Ant is on every episode and that he is truly involved.

In addition to her work as a TV personality and designer, Anstead is also a published author, as reported by Cheat Sheet.

RENEWING HER LIFE

Her first book, "The Wellness Remodel," was co-written with Cara Clark, a nutritionist. The book centers on rebooting your life.

It is inspired by Anstead's own experiencees as she works to start her life afresh after dealing with a string of health woes and personal battles.

Anstead has been open to the public about the delights and battles of motherhood.

"RESET A BIT"

"If your instinct is telling you that something is off, that's when it's probably time to try to figure it out," she said. She also said she hopes the book will greatly help others who want to "reset."

Aside from her own HGTV show "Christina on the Coast," Anstead also co-stars on HGTV's show "Flip or Flop" opposite her ex Tarek El Moussa.

The pair have two children together — daughter Taylor and son Brayden. Meanwhile, Anstead's husband Ant shares his daughter Amelie with his ex-wife Louise.

On September 6, 2019, Anstead and Ant welcomed their son Hudson. Anstead has been open to the public about the delights and battles of motherhood. She recently shared her experience with three pregnancies.

Meanwhile, Ant applauded his wife for her energy as a mother in an interview. He said that having a child is hard, yet Anstead can pull motherhood off brilliantly.
