How 'Little Women' Star Florence Pugh Paid Tribute to Late Nick Cordero Following His Death

Actor and musician Nick Cordero recently passed away. To honor the death of the Broadway star, Florence Pugh, from "Little Women," shared a clip of one of his last performances.

Hollywood mourns the death of 41-year-old Nick Cordero, who suffered complications following his treatment of the coronavirus.

Pugh's post featured Cordero on stage, entertaining a cheering audience. Her caption gave an insight into the events surrounding the deceased and his family before his death.

Pugh first called Cordero one of the "great ones," and a "friend," then she shared how the Broadway star and his wife of three years, Amanda Kloots battled the virus since March.

Though Kloots tested negative, she has been at her husband's bedside for about 90 days, and through the different stages of his health after he tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

The caption under the post revealed that the 41-year-old had no pre-existing condition and that during his April performance showed via the clip, his woman, who was 7-months pregnant at the time, enjoyed her husband's onstage performance. In conclusion, she said:

"It is so shocking and devastating to see one of your own come down as hard as he did...What can WE do to help?… Help the world by continuing to take this virus seriously."

Pugh advised her Instagram followers to wear their masks, practice social distancing, and regular hand washing. Sources reported that Cordero died at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, on Sunday at 11.40 am.

His wife shared an emotional post of her deceased husband, who is also the father of her 1-year-old son, Elvis Eduardo.

A GoFundMe account was set up to take care of her husband's medical expenses.

Her post showed that she was grieving on the inside, as she mentioned this, but also felt peace as she believes Cordero is in heaven. Kloots stated that he was a fantastic entertainer and father. She went on to thank those who have supported her family.

The mother of one has been consistent in filling the public in on details concerning her husband's health right from day one when he was admitted to the medical center.

As time went on, Cordero's situation in the hospital became critical. He suffered two mini-strokes and had some of his body parts amputated. Kloots' family got the deserved support from fans, and a GoFundMe account was set up to take care of her husband's medical expenses.

Around the country, celebrities and friends have shared their pain in the heartbreaking news and have tried to reach out to Cordero's wife.
