LL Cool J's Wife Simone Smith Shows off Her Style in Outfit with Purple Accents (Photo)

Simone Smith, the wife of rapper LL Cool J, took to her Instagram page to share a picture of herself showing off her cool style.

Simone Smith, LL Cool J's wife, is a fashionista and an avid fan of the purple color, so much so that her Instagram user name is "Sis Loves Purple." In a recent post on the social media network, she displayed her love for the color once more.

Simone also showed her impeccable style in the post, sharing a picture of herself posing close to some potted plants and flaunting her braided hair as well.

She wore a white top that she matched with cropped jean shorts. For her feet, Simone chose a white and purple canvas. She also carried a small purple handbag.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Simone also wore a purple leopard-patterned facemask to complete her cool look, and captioned her post, writing:

"Sis loves purple."

LL Cool J and Simone Smith have been married for over 24 years and have worked together for so many great causes over time. One such cause was the "Beat Cancer Like A Boss Campaign."

The couple teamed up with the American Cancer Society (ACS) in 2019 to pass the message about the dreaded disease, with the rapper making a 30-second public service announcement in a video.

There was also a time Simone did not speak to her husband for two weeks because a girl licked the side of his face.

Tapping into his wife's victory over cancer, LL Cool J said that she defeated the disease like a boss, and was joined by other popular figures to send messages of strength and empowerment to cancer patients.

Simone Smith battled with bone cancer, which she was diagnosed with in 2004, after which she underwent a 15-hour surgery to replace a bone in her right leg, followed by a lengthy rehabilitation.

Simone has been cancer-free for the last fifteen years and, being a philanthropist, she turned her battle and victory over the disease into a charitable venture with her partnership with ACS in 2019.

Having known each other for many years, LL Cool J and Simone Smith have been through so much in their relationship, including Simone's cancer battle.

There was also a time Simone did not speak to her husband for two weeks because a girl licked the side of his face in a music video, but they have endured all their difficulties to remain true to themselves.

The loving couple is parents to four children, son Naeje, and their three daughters, Italia, Samaria, and Nina, who they are all close to.
