Check Out Jada Pinkett-Smith's Mom Adrienne Banfield-Norris Flaunt Her Abs in a Stunning New Photo
Jada Pinkett-Smith's mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, showed her followers what she’s working with in a picture she posted to her Instagram feed recently.
Fox News reported recently that the 66-year-old got fans talking after she posted an image of her rock hard abs on Instagram. Posing for a mirror selfie in biker shorts and a sports bra, Andrienne said in the caption:
“Trying to motivate myself to get back in the gym. A good look in the mirror always does the trick! Elliptical here I come.”

While Jordyn Woods dropped three fire emojis in the comment section, Bresha Webb appreciated Andrienne “for the motivation.” According to Daily Mail, the post came a day before the “Red Table Talk” — which the former nurse co-hosts with Jada — broke Facebook Watch records.
Jada also made it known that she decided to let her mother talk about her addiction journey on an episode of “Red Table Talk” because she wanted to help others facing the same challenges.
The new record was set after Will and Jada sat down to address the speculation regarding the latter’s romantic rapport with August Alsina.
Months before the drama started, Oprah Magazine disclosed that Adrienne, who has been upfront about her struggles, used to be a heroin addict.
Although she overcame the addiction nearly three decades ago, the “Red Table Talk” co-host has used the quarantine period to return to attending sobriety meetings. Adrienne once opened up about how painful it is to have discussions about addiction when she said:
“It’s difficult to talk about something that is gonna go out to the world. I couldn’t hide the unmanageability of my life, and the emotional and the spiritual damage I did to myself and to her [Jada].”
During a conversation with ET Online, Jada revealed how she felt when her mother spoke up about the many times that she (Adrienne) overdosed in the past.
While she noted that she had no idea that her mother had more than one overdose experience, she “was so proud of Gammy 'cause at one point in her life, she just didn't want to talk about this particular journey.”
