Tamela Mann's Husband David Falls during a Difficult Workout at the Gym – Watch the Motivating Video

David Mann was recently captured as he fell down during a workout session, but this did not seem to discourage the 53-year-old actor who swiftly got up.

David Mann is not a typical 53-year-old, and the award-winning actor recently showed off how fit he is. In a recent Instagram video, Mann was captured dressed in an all-black outfit during his work out session in the gym.

The clip featured Mann repeatedly jumping as he tried to kick a mannequin that was placed right in front of him. As he attempted to kick the mannequin, Mann and his friend engaged in a conversation.

Not paying attention, Mann landed a final kick that landed him on the floor. However, he swiftly got up, almost as if nothing happened. In his caption, Mann wrote:

"Everything is a challenge. Don't y'all mess with Old people (yall don't want this SMOKE)."

Shortly after sharing the post, fans and followers took to the comments section where they praised David's strength.

One user wrote, "Impressive! Even with kissing the floor," while another added, "You got moves though????" with several others also leaving similar comments.

David and Tamela Mann have provided support to each other through their individual journeys in life.

David, who is famous for his role in "Meet the Browns," is married to award-winning gospel singer Tamela Mann. Together, the duo has made a name for themselves in the music and entertainment industry.

In 2018, the famous couple celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary and while sharing a photo of them, David sweetly wrote:

"I can't put into words how much I Love you, Tam, I'm great full to do LIFE WITH YOU."

The duo met in the mid-'80s when Tamela's friend invited her to watch David perform with his former music group. They became fast friends before proceeding to have a relationship which led to them tying the knot in 1988.

After tying the knot, the couple welcomed two children, David Jr., and Tia. David is also father to daughters, Porcia and Tiffany, whom he welcomed from a previous relationship.

Currently, the couple is focused on running their entertainment company Tillymann Music which they founded in 2003 and are both signed to. In addition to being business partners, David and Tamela have also provided support for each other through their individual journeys in life.

Last year, Tamela embarked on a weight-loss and fitness journey, which helped her lose 50 pounds as of December. While speaking about the experience, Tamela revealed that David had been really supportive of her and often provided her words of encouragement.

Although David and Tamela have received several awards and recognition, the Manns say their most significant achievement is the love and commitment they have for each other and their family.

Even after being together for over three decades, these two lovebirds can't seem to get enough of each other, and clearly, their love story is a beautiful one.
