Lamar Odom's fiancée, Sabrina Parr, has disclosed her plans to get her body back to the way it looked when she was 24 years old.

Lamar Odom's fiancée, Sabrina Parr, has decided to reveal her fitness goal and made it known that she has no intentions of stopping until she meets it.

Early this week, the lifestyle and health coach informed her fans of her plan when she shared a video of her sweaty toned abs along with the caption:

“Current goal is to look better than my 24 year old body and to be able to do a 4 minute plank!!! ( I get my inspiration for that from Cher)!”

To show that she wasn’t playing around, Sabrina added a picture of how her body looked when she was 24. The image showed the mother-of-two looking trim as she posed for a picture in a white sports bra and green Nike shorts.

The professional basketball player [Lamar Odom] has continued to prove his love for Sabrina, and he did it again when he tattooed the imprint of her lips on his neck.

Sabrina’s motivational post comes almost a month after Page Six reported that she used two pictures from her and Lamar’s first date to send a message to fans.

According to the site, the 33-year-old said that she was confident that Lamar was “the one” after he made some sacrifices for her.

The personal trainer noted that even though she wasn’t a relationship expert, she wanted women to “set your boundaries and stick to them!" Sabrina assured them that any man who wants them would respect their desires, and that if they don't "they aren’t the right one for you anyway!”

Sabrina and Lamar recently grabbed people’s attention after they captured the moment that the latter got a manscaping. The Blast pointed out that even though it was covered with an emoji, people who viewed the clip could tell how the experience made Lamar feel.
