Supermodel Heidi Klum, who serves as a judge on the popular series "America's Got Talent," recently returned to the show. She talked about what it feels like to be back filming amidst the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
Over the last couple of months, several television and film productions had to be put on hold, as a precautionary measure to curtail the spread of the highly contagious COVID-19.

With the ongoing reopening of the economy, "America's Got Talent" is one of the first major competitive shows to resume production since the novel Coronavirus outbreak forced a shutdown on filming in spring.
After several months apart, the judges of the popular show were finally reunited for a new episode of "AGT" for the season 15 Judge Cuts, albeit with some extra precautionary twists put in place to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the production.
Heidi Klum, who is returning to her Judge chair after an impromptu exit from the show due to illness, has talked about what filming feels like with the new changes. While speaking to People, she said:
"Every day we seem to wake up to a new surprise. I am so grateful that our producers and crew are finding creative ways to shoot while keeping everyone's safety in mind. I know it can't be easy."
Klum also praised producers' efforts in creating a drive-in movie-themed set for "Judge Cuts," which saw the judges and host Terry Crews watch pre-recorded performances from contestants on a big screen via video conference.
In March, the 47-year-old supermodel had to be replaced by guest judge Eric Stonestreet for the filming of the audition rounds. Klum had to temporarily quit the show after falling ill on set, amidst fears of contracting COVID-19.
The couple has been self-isolating with their kids, but in April, Klum shared a photo of her blended family taking a hike.
The blonde bombshell revealed she fell ill at the beginning of March but found it difficult to get tested because the tests were not readily available everywhere.
During an interview with People in May, Heidi Klum revealed how her inability to test heightened fears she had contracted the novel Coronavirus. In her words:
"When you are sick and it's not getting better, you think, 'Yeah, I might have that thing because I couldn't get a test.'"
Later in March, Klum took to her Instagram page to announce that she had tested negative for COVID-19. The "AGT" judge shared a photo of herself laying in lush green grass.
The post garnered several reactions from her fans and celebrity friends, with many of them expressing their delight in the news and sending her prayers and words of encouragement.
Klum also revealed that her husband Tom Kaulitz also tested negative for COVID-19. The couple has been self-isolating with their kids, but in April, Klum shared a photo of her blended family taking a hike while wearing face masks.
Fans of the show are delighted to have one of their favorites back on their TV screens. Klum stars alongside Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara in the popular reality TV competition series.
