Bishop T.D. Jakes showed off his dapper sense of style in a new picture of him dressed in a denim vest as he encouraged his fans to spend time outdoors.

Recently, while sporting a more casual look as he posed for a photo in his garden, Jakes shared an inspiring message with his followers. Hewrote:
"The times we live in insist that we take pleasure in the things we overlooked! God's beauty isn't cinematic, requires no exposure, and is totally free!"
As he displayed a thumbs up, Jakes was dressed in a camouflage shirt, blue trousers, and a denim jacket. To complete his casual look, he wore a cap. In his caption, he encouraged people to enjoy the outdoors. He shared:
"Take a moment to enjoy what He gave you, daylight, trees, nature, health! And then GO TO WORK!!! LOL"
Many of the bishops' fans praised him for the inspiring message he posted. Other fans expressed their approval for his outfit. One person commented, "looking good Bishop!"
"Okay, Bishop..I see you looking like a snack attack," added another fan. One fan teased the bishop about the vest he was wearing.

The comment from his fan wasn't the first time Jakes was made fun of for wearing denim. According to BET in 2015, the bishop clapped back at a troll for mocking him after he was pictured wearing ripped jeans.
In his comment, the troll said Jakes was too old for ripped jeans and argued that he should set a better example for his church. In his response, Jake wittingly asked the commenter to point the scripture that mentions jeans and the pulpit."
In 2018, one of Jakes' looks went viral when he sported a Versace polo shirt during one of his Sunday services. It is reported, fans reacted to the look and mocked the bishop for his unique choice for the event.
Charlemagne Tha God from the "Breakfast Club" reposted the photo and jokingly dubbed him, "Bishop 'The Drip' Jakes" for the stylish look.
