Hilary Duff Flaunts Her Toned Figure in a Bikini – Here's What She Has to Say about Finding Normalcy Amid Quarantine

One of the downsides of the lockdown is keeping fit. Many gyms are still closed so far, and people haven’t been able to exercise much. Well, Hilary Duff has some important tips for everyone.

The actress recently shared a picture of herself on Instagram. The image showed Duff’s incredibly fit body, as she shared some inspiration for her fans on staying fit.

The image appeared to have been a promotional one, with Duff highlighting several fitness-related products. Still, it’s worth admiring how amazing the actress looked. Duff stunned in a two-piece swimwear, putting her abs on display.

Duff has also paired her lifting regimen with a diet coach.

The actress’s swimwear was a beautiful mix of red and black. She accessorized with a pair of dark shades, as well as a watch, a ring, and some gold bracelets. However, the real scene-stealer was her fit body.

Advising her fans on staying fit and healthy, Duff explained that she had been doing a lot of macros lately. She added:

“I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected ...."

Duff’s advice is coming amid several developments happening across the country. Still, the novel coronavirus pandemic has been the most significant.

Many have started feeling the effects of the lockdown. With so much at stake, it’s always essential to cater after one’s health.

Duff has been on a bit of a fitness regimen for a while now. Last year, reports confirmed that she had been doing bodybuilding workouts since she gave birth

Speaking to reporters, she explained that she never really liked lifting weights. However, things changed after she gave birth to her daughter, Banks. She added:

“I’m lifting and squatting and using a barbell with lots of weight on it, and I’ve never felt so strong but lean.”

Duff has also paired her lifting regimen with a diet coach. As she explained, the diet coach customizes her menus to fit her tastes.

So far, the combination of exercising and eating healthy appears to have worked. The actress’s picture showed that she looks fantastic. As for her experience with quarantine, Duff claimed that things aren’t so bad.

Speaking with reporters last month, she explained that while there were bad days, the experience has been generally good. So, she’s taking things one day at a time.
