The sun-kissed duo looked radiant as they posed for the camera with big smiles. While Melvin sat on a straw chair and proudly held a piece of cucumber, Sybil stood on a stump-designed table with some celery. The star dad captioned his post:
"Morning harvest. Time to find a good rhubarb recipe. Anyone? #garden #veggies."
The duo was dressed casually with the "MSNBC Live with Craig Melvin" host wearing blue patterned shorts with a round neck while his baby girl was adorned in pink long sleeves and shorts.

Many fans were glad to see a sweet father-daughter moment as they gushed over the pair in the comments. Some followers also made sure to share their opinions on how to get a "good rhubarb recipe."
Melvin started his adorable family with fellow broadcaster Lindsay Czarniak. The pair first met in 2008 while he was at NBC4 and got married three years later. Their first child, Delano was born in 2014 and before long, little Sybil joined the family.
Unknown to many, Delano, contributed to naming his baby sister. When Czarniak was pregnant, Delano often called the baby, "Sibby" in a bid to pronounce "sibling." With time, everyone got used to the moniker and "Sibby" became "Sybil."

During their candid talk, the group opened up about their experience as Black fathers amid the country's security unrest. Mann made it known that fathers had to talk to their children about how to act around authorities to avoid unfortunate situations. He said during the chat, "It's like we keep trying to figure out how to tell our children how to survive."
The renowned journalist isn't the only one who openly discusses racial problems as regards their family as his wife, Czarniak once engaged her mom in a discussion about the first time she found out her daughter was dating a Black man.
Czarniak's mom mentioned that she was not bothered about race as her utmost thoughts were about the character of her daughter's love interest.
