Prince Harry, 35, and his wife have finally found themselves a new home in the US. The pair are said to be living in Santa Barbara with their young son, Archie.

Royal fans will recall home in January 2020, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan, 39, announced they were stepping down from their roles as senior royals. They then moved to Canada for some time before relocating to the US.

The couple has since found themselves a home in Santa Barbara, California, where they are living with their son Archie, 15-months-old. In October 2018, Harry and Meghan announced they were expecting their first child together.

ARCHIE’S BIRTH

The revelation came five months after their Windsor Castle wedding. After his birth, Meghan described Archie as a baby who had “the sweetest temperament.”

She shared how “really calm” he was and that he was “the dream” baby. Speaking about their new home, the couple’s representative said:

"They have settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival.”

ASKING FOR PRIVACY

The representative added that they hoped their privacy would be “respected for their neighbors, as well as for them as a family.” The pair moved into the home in July 2020.

The new home is a good place for the toddler to grow up in.

According to a “Closer Weekly” source, the home “has a Mediterranean vibe to it.” The insider revealed that it had French doors, archways, and a swimming pool.

WHERE THEY LIVED BEFORE

The informant also described the house as being “gated,” “beautiful and spacious, but not too over-the-top.” The source noted how the home was “the perfect place for Archie to grow up.”

Since moving to the US in March 2020, the couple had been living at Tyler Perry‘s Beverly Ridge Estate, Los Angeles property. Perry’s home was built in 2012 and is over 24,500 square feet.

A PRIVATE PLACE

The insider shared how their new home was “much more private” compared to Perry’s. The privacy has afforded them the opportunity to cut down on security costs.”

APPEARING ON PERRY’S ESTATE

In early July 2020, Harry recorded a video for his charity, Sentebale, at what was believed to be the actor’s estate. Not much could be seen of the home except the ground’s trees.

Sentebale is a charity that supports the mental health and well-being of children affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana.
