Food brings people together and for Michael Strahan and his twin daughter Sophia, that is definitely the case after the former football star shared a photo of the pair together.

Strahan shared the sweet snap to his Instagram. They were grilling up a storm and it all looked delicious.

Recently, Strahan has been spending more time with his daughters and was spotted holding hands with them as they took their dog for a walk in New York.

They seem to spend a lot of time whipping up delicious food, with the "Good Morning America" star captioning the latest photo:

"Grilling with #ChefBoyarStray and the one and only @Sophialstraham! #LoveMyKids #Cooking."

The proud father also recently shared a video of Sophia and her twin sister Isabella cooking a special meal for Memorial Day weekend.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Strahan submitted documents to the court that asked for primary custody of his daughters.

The former athlete accused his ex of physically and emotionally abusing their children.

Strahan shares his daughters with his ex-wife Jean Muggli. The former couple filed for divorce in 2006 when the twins were 20 months old.

These days, Strahan has been spending a lot of time with his girls, delighting fans with his photos and videos of his children at home.

Sophie and Isabella even made an appearance at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Sports Award which was hosted by their father.

In addition to his twins, Strahan also has two other children from his previous marriage to Wanda Hutchins. The pair were together from 1992 to 1996.

Their first child is daughter Tanita who was born in 1992 just before her father was drafted onto the New York Giants. Her brother Michael Strahan Jr. was born three years later in 1995.
