Tyler Perry's Girlfriend Gelila Bekele Flaunts Her Natural Curly Hair While Posing in a Mask

Tyler Perry's girlfriend, Gelila Bekele recently took to social media with a photo update showcasing her long and naturally curly hair as she posed up a storm alongside her friend.

Gelila Bekele recently took to her Instagram page with a lighthearted photo featuring herself and her best friend posing in front of a free food vending machine.

Her facial features were obscured by the mask she had on. However, her curly hair flew free and she had on a white long number coupled with black sandals.

In her caption, Bekele could not have been more proud of her sister/BFF whom she tagged an angel.

According to Bekele, her friend, Asmeret Berhe-Lumax, who noticed that the food banks were overwhelmed, had chosen to help by planting an outdoor community fridge to provide free and fresh produce. She added,

"73 Washington Ave Brooklyn, open the fridge and take what you need with love and respect. we see you and love you."

Fans took to the comments section with praises for the selfless endeavor. They all seemed inspired by it as they thanked Bekele's friend for being the change they desired to see in the world.

Bekele is currently in a committed relationship with the famous actor and director, Tyler Perry. The pair have reportedly been dating for over a decade and have a son, Aman, together.

Her work as an activist revolves around equality and access to education for girls and women.

They welcomed their son in 2014. According to Perry, Bekele broke the news to him over Facetime while he was at the same spot where he found out his father was not his real father.

Though Perry has been close-mouthed about the affair, he opened up about their long-standing relationship when he made an appearance on T.I.'s "ExpediTIously" podcast.

On the podcast, he was asked why he was still unmarried and when he would find someone with whom he would share his vast wealth. He replied that he already had someone.

Bekele is a model and a filmmaker with several documentaries to her credit. As a model, she has worked for designers and companies including Levi's, Diesel, Tory Burch, Anna Sui, Michael Kors, and Mikimoto.

Besides her work in the entertainment industry, she is also a well-known activist in Ethiopia, her home country. Her work as an activist revolves around equality and access to education for girls and women.
