Rapper Da Brat has melted the hearts of the internet after sharing a sweet video of herself putting on her girlfriend's mask. Check it out now.

Rapper Da Brat made sure her girlfriend Jesseca Dupart stayed safe during the coronavirus pandemic in a sweet video shared to her Instagram.

In the clip, the rapper gently placed a mask onto Dupart's face and she joked in the caption that it had to be done "gently and with patience" because Dupart has small ears.

The hip hop star came out in March this year after years of speculation regarding her sexual orientation, announcing the news on social media.

During an interview, she said that it felt like a weight had been lifted off her when she revealed that she was dating the Kaleidoscope hair product founder. She said:

“I was fine staying quiet, but my partner is a social media mogul — that’s how she became who she is. And when you get with somebody, you have to meet in the middle."

Da Brat added that it meant letting everyone know that Dupart was "the one," and from the video shared to her Instagram, its easy to see the love between them.

Her girlfriend was also happy to share their relationship, confirming it by sharing a sweet photo of the pair with a heart emoji in its caption.

This year was the first time that the rapper celebrated Pride Month.

Dupart also revealed via a video on her Instagram that she had gifted her girlfriend a new car for her birthday.

In it, you see Da Brat in shock when she sees the brand new Bentley with a red bow on it. Dupart revealed that she was running away because the rapper hated accepting gifts. She added:

"She deserves the world and so much more. I've never been sooooo happy and honestly think that it's not only because of our connection but also because we really been to ourselves."

After Da Brat came out, she shared that she had been shocked by the positive response from her fans and regretted not coming out sooner.

This year was the first time that the rapper celebrated Pride Month publicly with the star sharing that she hoped she was able to inspire someone to deal with their sexuality.

As for how they met, Da Brat's sister is to thank for that. LisaRaye McCoy revealed that she worked with Dupart on videos for her Kaleidoscope products.

After finding out that she was a fan, McCoy connected them which led to their relationship, and the rapper is finally feeling comfortable enough to be herself.
