Kate Hudson Opens up about Her Wellness Routine and Family Time during Quarantine
Veteran actress Kate Hudson recently discussed her wellness routine during an interview. She also shared how she spends her time with her family amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an interview with Elle over Zoom, "Bride Wars" star Kate Hudson said that her wellness routine has been greater than it has been in quite a while.
The actress confessed that she had stopped drinking alcohol. She added that she advised her brother Oliver to stop drinking as well.

"I was like, 'Oliver, we need to build our immunity and be strong. We don't know what this is. We don't know what's going on,'" Hudson explained.
The actress is a proud mother to three children — Ryder, Bingham, and Rani. However, it is her bond with Ryder that she claims somewhat more bizarre than the others.
Ryder is now 16 years old, which means he is now old enough to watch most of her movies. But when asked if she has been watching her own films during the quarantine, Hudson said she did not want to.
"I can't even listen to my voice!" the actress said. "I'm one of those people that if someone is watching something I'm in, I'm like, turn it off!"
However, Hudson revealed that she had made a couple of exceptions. She said there are a couple of movies that are enjoyable to watch with the children.
Over the past few months, Hudson has also been keeping in regular contact with her family.
The actress went on to say that watching "Almost Famous" with her eldest child was a great experience. The film "Skeleton Key" was also fun to watch with her family, she said.
Hudson once opened up about her relationship with Ryder in a previous interview. She said that they are exceptionally close to each other.
The actress shares Ryder with her first husband, Chris Robinson. Meanwhile, Bingham is from her relationship with actor Matt Bellamy. She shares Rani with her current beau Danny Fujikawa. Hudson was first linked to Fujikawa in December 2016.
Over the past few months, Hudson has also been keeping in regular contact with her family. Not long ago, she met up with her famous parents, Goldie and Kurt Russell, after the quarantine restrictions were lifted.
The actress frequently posts adorable snaps of her family on social media. Recently, she uploaded a photo of her firstborn sitting outside with his grandma Goldie. The picture shows exactly how much the pair seemed to be indistinguishable.
Meanwhile, on April 28, Hudson talked about how her relationship with Fujikawa was holding up in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. She spoke about it during a virtual interview on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen."
When Andy Cohen asked whether quarantining has benefitted the couple's sexual intimacy, Hudson responded "yes." She added she is happy that she is with the right person.
