Hilaria Baldwin Posts Baby Bump Photo as a Grateful Reminder of Soon-To-Be Born Rainbow Child

In a year that has been so rough for many, it's been pretty easy for people to continue staying downbeat about the future. However, famous writer Hilaria Baldwin is learning to develop a positive outlook.

Over the weekend, Hilaria Baldwin shared a snap of herself on Instagram. The image showed the writer hugging her daughter, Carmen, while at the beach, with both looking as peaceful as ever.

Baldwin, who is heavily pregnant with her fifth child, stunned in a white gown that highlighted her lovely baby bump. Carmen wore a two-piece swimsuit as she hugged the bump with her eyes closed.

Mother and daughter struck a lovely pose as they took in the sights and enjoyed each other's company. The beach was also pretty reserved, showing that the two maintained social distancing rules.

Captioning the picture, Baldwin explained that while the year has been rocky, she will remember it with a heart of gratitude. She added:

"Gratitude has saved me emotionally. It is so easy to get caught up in the life of freedoms that I so achingly miss...but all I have to do is simply open my eyes and see how lucky I am."

The writer concluded by explaining that she would continue to appreciate everything in her life. Starting, she would be thankful for her little kids.

Currently, Baldwin and her husband, popular actor Alec Baldwin, have five children. Save for Carmen, all are boys and are under the age of six.

However, Hilaria and her husband tried again after the miscarriage and are now expecting a fifth baby. Hilaria announced the new pregnancy in April. She explained that while she was initially scared, she was also anticipating the new baby.

The couple is so far stoked about the pregnancy. Last month, Alec and a couple of friends gathered to throw the expecting mom a surprise baby shower.

The baby shower was a small event, as expected. It only involved several family members, as everyone had to remain vigilant for their health. It's unclear whether the new baby will be a boy or a girl. However, with the excitement in the Baldwin home, it hardly matters.
