Garcelle Beauvais Makes Her Debut as Co-host on 'The Real' & Fans Loved Her on the Show
Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Garcelle Beauvais has made her debut as the newest co-host of "The Real," and fans loved watching her on the television show.
On September 21, Garcelle Beauvais, 53, shared on Instagram a 3-minute video showing co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Houghton giving the reality star a warm welcome to "The Real."
The reality star's entrance to the show's seventh season was an intimate one, with her three co-hosts and new colleagues welcoming her in a video call from their respective houses.

Despite it being done virtually, Love, Mai, and Houghton still managed to make their new co-host's debut special. They threw colorful confetti during the video call, a gesture that made Beauvais teary-eyed.
Beauvais, who is seen wearing an orange top with a deep v-neck cut, said that she was happy to be on the show and also shared about the importance of sisterhood. She added:
"We wanna support each other, uplift each other, have an amazing conversation even if we disagree; we're gonna disagree respectfully."
When Mai asked Beauvais how she felt after being told to co-host the show, the reality star said she never felt nervous. Instead, she felt "pure exhilaration."
Aside from her feeling excited to be part of the show, Beauvais also shared that her children screamed with happiness. Mai also said that news of her joining "The Real" earned positive responses.
Thousands have expressed support on social media. A fan expressed that Beauvais is a perfect addition to the team. Another one chimed in and wrote that she truly deserved to be on the show.

Beauvais joins the show after Tamera Mowry-Housley left in July. Mowry-Housley announced in the summer that she was leaving the show after six seasons.
Beauvais, who starred in the film "Wild Wild West," earlier shared that she was excited to be part of a group of women with diverse backgrounds. She also loves to talk about pop culture and news.

Hosting a talk show is not new for Beauvais. She has a string of programs under her belt and she is also an experienced TV presenter.
Despite her popularity in the entertainment industry for 20 years, Beauvais shared that she has experienced being paid differently than her white peers.
Aside from hosting, Beauvais is best known for her role as Francesca "Fancy" Monroe on the 1996 sitcom "The Jamie Foxx Show."
Beauvais recently delighted her fans with a stunning picture on Instagram, highlighting her long braids. The glowing former model looked blooming.
In the photo, Beauvais seems to be not aging a day. She donned a black long-sleeved top, fashionably pulling down one side to reveal her flawless shoulders.
