The cute looking couple turned heads with their all-black outfits. Moore wore a tuxedo jacket-like gown that featured an open collar. Willis' attire was similar to that of his ex-wife.
He wore a long black blazer that reached down to his feet. The actor matched the unique outfit with a white shirt and a black bowtie. In the caption to the post, Moore wrote:
"1987 #Emmys... arriving in style."
Moore's post generated mixed reactions from fans. While some fans gushed over the former couple's outfits, others raved about the 1980s being a cool decade. However, a few other fans wondered why Moore and Willis were still hooked up on each other.
One fan tagged the former couple as two of the most beautiful people. Another fan wished to go back to the 80s, while a third person noted that Moore needed to get over her ex-husband.
A picture of Willis and Moore, Scout, and Tallulah's boyfriend, Dillon Buss, in matching pajamas went viral.
Willis and Moore were married for thirteen years before they separated in 2000. Since their separation, they have remained friendly with each other. They are also parents to three daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah.
Willis has since remarried to Emma Heming, with whom he shares two daughters, 8-year-old Mabel and her younger sister, Evelyn, 5.
The friendly exes spent quarantine together with their daughters in their former family home in Idaho. They raised eyebrows when a picture of Willis and Moore, Scout, and Tallulah's boyfriend, Dillon Buss, in matching pajamas went viral.
People expressed concern because Heming and her daughters were not in the snap. However, Scout later cleared the air on why her parents were quarantining together.
The 29-year-old said Heming was supposed to join them in Idaho but had to abort those plans after she was left stranded in Los Angeles. One of her daughters accidentally stepped on a needle at a park.
Heming and her daughters soon joined the rest of the group in Idaho, where they celebrated her 42nd birthday, with the celebrant sharing pictures of the celebration on social media, describing the day as a happy one.
The close bond shared by Moore and Willis is exceptional, with the former couple remaining best friends many years after their split. That bond has extended to Heming, who now shares a close friendship with Moore, making them a happy family.
