The 59-year-old was seen looking casual in an oversized plaid shirt with a rolled sleeve paired with brown pants, while Michelle looked stunning in a black denim dress with white patterns and a thin sleeve. He wrote alongside the image:

"If you're in the United States, send me a text at 773-365-9687 — I want to hear how you're doing, what's on your mind, and how you're planning on voting this year."

Barack concluded, promising to keep in touch from time to time and share his thoughts with anyone. His tweet received over 246,000 likes and over 31,000 retweets.

While it seems as though that isn't the former president's private line, there are speculations that it is a personal number as the 773 area code attached to it belongs to his adopted hometown of Chicago, where Michelle hails from.

The father-of-two has been involved in several campaigns and initiatives, sensitizing people all over the nation to vote in the upcoming elections. He has also endorsed candidate Joe Biden, who was his Vice President during his 8-year-tenure.

Although the tweet was deleted immediately, it didn't stop fans from taking a screenshot and dialing the number belonging to Duncan Wolfe.

According to reports, Wolfe was a former White House digital strategist who has worked for major brands like Amazon, Toyota, and McDonald's.

He was also the brain behind the famous video of Michelle Obama dancing with centenarian Virginia McLaurin. When the power couple isn't sharing phone numbers, they keep fans updated with their impressive music playlists on Spotify.

In 2019, Barack shared his top songs of the year, which included tunes from Frank Ocean, Beyoncé, Lizzo, Summer Walker, Bruce Springsteen, and Nigerian star Burna Boy. He had previously also shared his favorite films, books, and TV shows.
