APPEARING ON TLC SHOW

The star was known for her appearance on “My 600-Lb Life.” Before starring on the weight-loss show, she suffered a heart attack at age 39 and lost her fiancé in a car accident.

She ended up suffering from complications this year after she opted to get surgery that would help her with her weight-loss journey. The complications were so bad that she was put in a medically induced coma.

SURGERY COMPLICATIONS

Her niece Blair shared how the star had suffered hemorrhaging and had to be placed on a ventilator. Shortly after her medically induced coma, she ended up flatlining but her exact cause of death hasn’t been revealed yet.

McMillian started off on the TLC show weighing 643 lbs. before she managed to lose 150 lbs. The weight-loss was possible through a gastric sleeve surgery that the reality star got through the show.
