Here's Why 67-Year-Old Kathie Lee Gifford Says She Feels like She's 30-Years-Old Again
Kathie Lee Gifford had a pleasant chat on the "Daily Pop," where she opened up about wellness and how evergreen she feels as she enjoys her "new life" in Tennessee.
"Daily Pop's" Justin Sylvester did some catching up during a virtual chat with veteran TV host Kathie Lee Gifford as she gave updates of her life after exiting "Today" last year. On her post "Today" life ,Gifford, 67, who was rocking an all-white outfit, said:
"You know what? I feel so good. I feel strong, healthy, and renewed inside. I feel thirsty years old truly…"

When asked how life has been since her exit from the show, Gifford stated that she has been working on a busy schedule, but she admitted that she missed her colleagues on "Today."
She mentioned that staying in Nashville, Tennessee was warm, sweet, and perfect for her soul. Her post "Today" career saw her writing and executing a movie project, "Then Came You," in which she acted alongside Craig Ferguson.
She noted that Ferguson was the one who geared her creativity into putting together the movie's plot, and they pulled it off together.
The star actress who hadn't been on a date in 33 years met a man who piqued her interest during one of her night outings.
Last year, Gifford made her exit from NBC's "Today," but she hasn't had to pause for breath with her new life, work schedule, and enjoying good times with her friends.
The Hollywood star is also testing new waters as she is working on honing her directing skills. Once speaking about what she has been up to, the TV star mentioned that she preferred the idea of making movies than being part of an audience.
Months after she left the "Today" show, Gifford sat as a guest on the show, which is now known as "Hoda & Jenna." Looking vibrant in a bright blue two-piece, the showbiz icon talked about her love life.
Gifford was married to her late husband and fellow star, Frank, from 1986 until he died in 2015. Now that she was ready for the dating scene again, the award-winning broadcaster shared that it felt new.
