How Bode Miller's Wife Morgan Remembered Late Daughter Emeline on Son Easton's 2nd Birthday

Doting parents Bode Miller and his wife Morgan Miller, celebrated their son, Easton's 2nd birthday with a special tribute to his late older sister, Emeline.

Although it has been two years since Bode and Morgan Miller tragically lost their daughter, Emeline, not a day goes by that they do not think of her warm soul. Yesterday, Morgan took to Instagram to commemorate her son Easton's second birthday, but not without paying tribute to her little angel.

The professional beach volleyball player shared a heartwarming photo of Easton with a big smile as he posed in front of a truck. The celebrant looked adorable in a cozy blue sweater paired with striped pants and stylish leather boots.

The wind blew his short blonde hair as he sucked on a pacifier. In the accompanying, Morgan wrote touching words for her children that

, "Yesterday was a big day. Our rainbow baby turned 2! A celebration we didn't get to have with Emmy. LOVE this little man so much."

Bode and Morgan have since dedicated themselves to preventing another tragedy and devoted themselves to teaching their young kids how to swim effectively.

The sweet post garnered thousands of likes and comments from fans who celebrated with the birthday boy and honored late Emeline's legacy. Many gushed about how much Easton looked like his older sister and assured Morgan that Emeline watched over them.

The 33-year-old also took to her Instagram story to give her 145,000 followers a glimpse of Easton's lavish bash. A huge decoration that read, "Happy birthday Easton," adorned their front yard while the celebrant stood there in his diaper.

Fans may recall that Morgan and Bode lost their daughter in 2018 in a tragic drowning accident at 19 months old. The doting parents were devastated, but a rainbow of hope came their way when Easton was born four months after.

A year later, the couple welcomed another miracle as their twin boys, Asher and Askel, were born. Morgan delivered the boys in November 2019 via home birth and recounted that the midwives got to the house late. By the time they had arrived, Morgan had welcomed the boys with the help of her mother, who was a midwife.

Bode and Morgan have since dedicated themselves to preventing another tragedy and devoted themselves to teaching their young kids how to swim effectively. They are now advocates of the Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) self-rescue method and encourage other parents to teach their kids.

Easton's 2nd birthday comes about four months after Morgan marked Emeline's 2nd death anniversary with emotional tributes on social media. The grieved mother shared a photo of little Emeline pushing a stroller filled with baby dolls on her Instagram story.

In the caption, she reminisced on the last time she heard her daughter's voice and said she missed her deeply. She also shared a photo of her and Bode teaching their twins how to swim and noted that Emeline would have loved being an older sister.
