The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star's second wife, is a television producer and she has worked on several TV shows such as Sacha Baron Cohen’s Showtime series, "Who Is America?" Underwood is also a well-known animal lover.
In 2019, the 73-year-old revealed that Underwood would be moving into his Pacific Palisades home.
She has a cat named Elwood and shares an Australian shepherd puppy, Bernie Sanders with David. The couple was introduced by mutual friends and celebrity couple, Sacha Baron Cohen, and his wife Isla Fisher in 2017.
They all attended Cohen's birthday party where Underwood and the renowned comedian were seated next to each other. The comedian had previously revealed that the pair had an amazing first meeting and they officially began dating that same year.
In 2019, the 73-year-old revealed that Underwood would be moving into his Pacific Palisades home and during the COVID-19 lockdown they were joined by David's daughter, Cazzie.
According to sources, the couple who dated for three years tied the knot on Wednesday, October 9 in Southern California. This marked the "Whatever Works" actor's second marriage, as he was previously married for 14 years to Laurie David, an environmental activist.

The former couple was blessed with two daughters - Cazzie and Romy David before they split in 2007. The TV producer began his career as a stand-up comedian in New York before he became famous after creating the hit TV shows, "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
The father-of-two became a fan-favorite during the ongoing pandemic with his down-to-earth quarantine lifestyle and P.S.A. for California's governor, Gavin Newsom where he implored youths to follow safety precautions.
