The video began with Townsend speaking about the start of her tennis career. She revealed that at four years old, she was told she would never make it as a tennis player and was advised to quit.

The athlete then divulged that at 12-years-old, she became the youngest player to win Georgia State's qualifier. At 15, she won the Singles tournament at the Junior Australian Open even though she did not think she was good enough.
