Chris Brown's mom, Joyce Hawkins recently took to social media to show off her fit body in a white top and tight leggings during her workout session.

Joyce Hawkins is fit as a fiddle! The proud mother to the award-winning singer Chris Brown recently took to her Instagram page a video that showcased her trim body.

She was dressed in a gorgeous white top and matching leggings as she jogged on the spot. The video began with Hawkins telling her fans that she had just done her walking but was still exercising.

The 56-year-old mother urged her fans to join her as she kept jogging on the spot while turning sideways to show off her fit body. She captioned the post:

"TRYING TO TIGHTEN IT ALL UP!!! ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS. ALL IN MY ROSEMARRON!!!"

In the comments section, Hawkins' fans had nothing but positive comments for her. They all thought she looked gorgeous and some urged her to do her workout live so they could join her.

Hawkins has been steadily increasing her presence on social media in the past few months. In September, she shared an ageless selfie that stunned her fans on Instagram.

In August, the prominent singer shocked his fans when he shared a throwback shot of himself with his father.

In the photo, Hawkins had her hair styled in a half-up, half-down manner. Her face was glammed up, and her ears held huge gold hoop earrings.

Fans took to the comments section with compliments for the gorgeous photo. Some gushed about how young she looked while a few could hardly believe it was truly her. One fan wrote:

"No way! She looks different. She looks good, BUT different."

Some went as far as speculating that Hawkins had gotten fillers or gone under the knife to look as young as she did. This may not be likely since Hawkins is not the only celebrity mom who still looks gorgeous after 50.

Aside from Chris Brown, Hawkins is also a mother to a girl named Lytrell Bundy. She shares them both with her ex-husband, Clinton Brown.

Brown's relationship with his father is relatively more muted than the one he shares with his mother who has never strayed far from his side since he was just a teenager with a passion for singing and dancing.
