Whitney Way Thore Says Seeing Her Breakup with Ex-fiancé on TV Will Be Stressful

American TV personality Whitney Way Thore candidly opened up about her life during and after her split from ex-fiancé Chase Severino amid the pandemic. She admitted that seeing her breakup on TV will be stressful.

Almost seven months after her tragic split from her ex-fiancé, TV star Whitney Way Thore has opened up about the whole experience in a recent candid interview.

As if the times were not chaotic enough, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Thore had to deal with heartbreak after learning that Severino had cheated on her with another woman who got pregnant with his child.

Understandably, the TV star confessed that the last six months had been the hardest period of her life that she could remember. She opined that she would be stressed watching the breakup unfold on the new season of her hit TV show, "My Big Fat Fabulous Life."

She explained that she has had almost seven months to get past the pain and move forward, but now to see it on TV was not ideal. However, she added that she was ready for it to begin because "the sooner it starts, the sooner it'll be over."

The show's seventh season starts when Thore and Severino still together with no idea about the coming turn of events. Nonetheless, the couple faces ups and downs because they are far apart in different cities during the quarantine.

As the TV star tries her best to keep herself in check during the lockdown, she learns through a phone call from Severino that he had been cheating on her and was expecting a child from the affair.

Severino's love for the little girl clearly outweighs all the negativity.

Thore admitted that for about five months, she was a disaster. She cried every day and had her friend do all her house chores. However, she started to feel better in the last two months. She moved homes, started working out, and has been able to "pick up the pieces."

In May, soon after hearing the news, the reality TV star took to her Instagram to announce that she and Severino were no longer together. She explained the circumstances surrounding the situation and asked her fans to remain kind during the sensitive time.

Her ex-fiancé also addressed his followers on Instagram, explaining that he was excited to announce that he was expecting a child in the fall. He added that he had nothing but love and respect for Thore and asked fans to respect their privacy at such a time.

Three months after the shocking news, Severino welcomed his bundle of joy, Aurora Joyce. The excited new father took to his social media once again to share the joyous news.

He posted several wholesome photos of himself holding the beautiful sleeping baby. Along with the pictures was a long heartfelt message where he expressed his undying love for the newborn.

Despite the controversy surrounding her birth, Severino's love for the little girl clearly outweighs all the negativity. One can only hope that Thore's devoted fans continue to see the positive side of the situation.
