Ahead of the official release of Netflix's movie "Jingle Jangle," in which Phylicia Rashad stars, the actress shared a post on Instagram recently, expressing how happy she is about the film.

Actress Phylicia Rashad recently shared her excitement with her fans and followers on Instagram. The actress posted a photo of herself standing beside the official poster of her new movie, "Jingle Jangle," and captioned:

"Christmas came early to my home this year! ✨ So happy to share the official artwork for #JingleJangle.?"

Rashad revealed that the medical film was set for release on Friday, November 13, and ended her caution by assuring her fans and followers that everything is possible.

The stunning Rashad, who is famously known as Clair Huxtable from ''The Cosby Show,'' looked as breathtaking and elegant as she always does, in a black outfit which she wore beneath a loose-fitting maroon-colored robe.

The timeless beauty accentuated her laid-back outfit with a large yellow statement necklace with matching earrings and a few bracelets. The actress, who wore her hair up in a neat bun, smiled calmly at the camera as she stood beside the large poster of her much-anticipated movie.

Rashad's fans were more than excited to see the post about the film and took to the comments to share how excited they were to see it when it finally comes out.

The movie, which was consciously geared towards having strong Black lead characters, holds many surprises for its viewers to come.

In the much-anticipated "Jingle Jangle", a Christmas musical film, Rashad stars alongside other A-listers like actors Forest Whitaker and Keegan-Michael Key and actress Anika Noni Rose.

The Netflix film that stars a primarily Black cast was written and directed by Black filmmaker, David E. Talbert, all of which make for an excellent, groundbreaking production. Rashad gushed to Insider:

"I'd never seen anything like it in my life. The first words out of my mouth were: 'I get it. This is my Cecil B. DeMille, 'Harry Potter' moment.'"

Rashad admitted that she had been taken aback the first moment she stepped on the movie set. "Jingle Jangle" featured her playing the role of the on-screen matriarch and narrator of the movie.

The movie, which was consciously geared towards having strong Black lead characters, holds many surprises for its viewers to come.

Not only does the excellent casting appeal to the senses of excited viewers, but it also promises the most thrilling whimsical musical numbers, including a special from award-winning singer John Legend.

The 72-year-old, who plays the elderly Mrs. Jangle in the movie, once told Bustle that she surprisingly does not make a conscious point to see herself as a Black actor, but only as an actor.

The actress drew on measured agility, elegance, and trained precision to bring many maternal roles to life. Rashad has been in the industry for a long time and has had an incredible run, and with "Jingle Jangle," and possibly more on the way, the future is full of possibilities.
