Marie Osmond Is Already in the Christmas Mood as She Poses with Adorable Puppies
American singer Marie Osmond showed her fans a glimpse of how she is getting ready for the Christmas season with a cute post on her Instagram page that showed her posing with adorable puppies.
Christmas Day is more than a month away, but the former "The Talk" co-host Marie Osmond is already in the mood for the season and showed her fans just how much she is.
In a recent post on her Instagram page, the 61-year-old shared a picture from behind the scenes of the Lifetime TV movie, "The Christmas Edition."

In the snapshot, Osmond sat on a white sofa that had green and red throw pillows on it. She wore a long-sleeved sweatshirt, which she matched with dark-colored pants and long, brown boots.
The most fascinating aspect of Osmond's picture was not the beautiful Christmas decorations behind. Instead, it was the two adorable puppies she embraced, smiling as she did. The pups also wore coats and head warmers in the snapshot. Osmond captioned the post:
"??Puppies and Christmas... what more could you need?! #TheChristmasEdition is out this Sunday and I can't wait!! ? @lifetimetv #ItsAWonderfulLifetime."
Osmond's friends and fans alike commented on her post and were thrilled by her picture. Television show host Andy Cohen noted Osmond looked much like the "Donny and Marie" era.
One fan opined that Osmond's family should do a Christmas special because the country needs some old-fashioned family Christmas entertainment. Another fan said they had missed Osmond on "The Talk."
Osmond revealed George became an unexpected blessing in her family.
Osmond quit her role on CBS's "The Talk" earlier this year, catching many fans off guard with her decision to leave. The co-host said she was leaving the show to spend more time with her family and focus on other projects.
Osmond shared how she has been spending her time after leaving "The Talk" in an exclusive chat with "ET." She revealed she had been quarantining with her husband Steve Craig, with whom she's spending time alone with for the first time since 1982.
Osmond has also spent time being grandmom to her seven grandkids and has shared some of her beautiful moments with them with her fans on social media.
Besides showing Osmond in her Christmas elements, the picture that accompanied the singer's post also re-emphasized her love for dogs, which fans first got to see in 2012.
Then, Osmond adopted an adorable puppy named George when she attended the "Fashion for Paws" fashion show, which benefitted the Washington D.C. Humane Society.
In a magazine article after adopting George, Osmond revealed George became an unexpected blessing to her family, revealing her and her kids took turns to teach the dog how to walk on a leash.
Osmond also described George as pure puppy joy, saying he taught her how to better appreciate getting outside in the morning air and got her to move her muscles.
Osmond's fans who have missed her presence on television will enjoy watching her on "The Christmas Edition" movie and hope to see more of her soon in other projects.
