In the issue, Prince Charles discussed having hope despite the rough year and urged his subjects to channel it towards preserving nature and communities. The accompanying caption of the post reiterated the message with the words:
“If we care about the health of our rural landscapes and communities, we must provide encouragement and support to those who are toiling away at their core.”
Queen Elizabeth celebrated her first son’s birthday with a heartwarming throwback black-and-white image of the prince as a child sitting on his mother’s lap alongside a recent photograph of them sharing a laugh at an official royal event.

Prince Charles’ birthday comes on the heels of the premiere of the fourth season of the Netflix show, “The Crown.” The new season particularly relates to the second in line to the throne as it focuses on his tumultuous marriage to the late Princess Diana.
In the royal sitcom, Emma Corin plays Diana while Josh O’Connor portrays Prince Charles, and it depicts the several arguments, controversial extramarital affair, and Diana’s private struggles with bulimia.
According to NBC News, the show tells the story that Prince Charles was cheating with Camilla Parker-Bowles during the first five years of his union with Diana. However, historian Sally Bedell Smith dispels that narrative, noting that Charles ended things with Camilla before marrying Diana.
Apart from the controversies surrounding the late Princess of Wales, the show also tells how Diana became the People’s Princess, focusing on a touching scene that tells how she embraced a boy with HIV during her tour of Harlem, New York.
Prince Charles and Diana tied the knot in the summer of 1981 and welcomed Prince William and Prince Harry before their eventual divorce in 1996. Years after Diana’s demise, he married his longtime love Camilla in 2005.
