Bobby Brown's fans flooded social media with touching prayers and condolence messages after news broke that the legendary singer lost his 28-year-old son, Bobby Brown Jr.
Singer Bobby Brown is in mourning after his son, Bobby Brown Jr., was found dead on Wednesday in his Los Angeles home. He was 28.
Following the news of the death of Bobby Jr., fans trooped to social media to share their condolences and offer prayers for the legendary singer.
One user described Bobby Jr.'s death as awful and sent condolence prayers to his family. Another user also offered prayers for Brown and his entire family. A third fan noted that it was sad for the singer to keep burying his kids and prayed that his son's soul rests in peace. The fan concluded by writing:
"As a parent myself, I feel for him."
A Twitter user prayed to God to strengthen Brown while another prayed that the singer would be surrounded by love and support.
Bobby Jr. was found in his home after officers of the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a medical emergency call at around 1:50 pm.
He released a song titled "Say Something."
He was declared dead at the scene, and though investigations are still ongoing, officials reportedly believe there was no foul play. Bobby Jr.'s death comes only five years after the demise of his half-sister, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who passed away in 2015.
Bobby Jr. was born in 1991 to the singer and his then longtime girlfriend, Kim Ward. The couple also shares a daughter named LaPrincia, whom they welcomed two years before their son.
With a father as talented and famous as his, it came as no surprise that Bobby Jr. took up an interest in music. In September 2020, he released a song titled "Say Something" alongside a trailer video shared on Instagram.
In addition to his dad and sister, the deceased is survived by his half-siblings, Landon, Cassius, Bodhi, and Hendrix Brown.
Bobby Jr.'s death comes as a rude shock to his loved ones, but there is no doubt that Brown and the rest of his family will hold on to the beautiful memories they shared.
