Diana Ross' son, Evan Ross, recently shared a sweet photo of her grandson, Ziggy Blu Ross. The photo showed a heartwarming moment of the father and son bonding.

Diana Ross' legacy lives on through her music but also through her family. The 76-year-old singer recently celebrated the birth of her grandson, Ziggy Blu Ross.

A recent photo posted by her son, Evan Ross, showed a sweet moment as the newborn baby boy bonded with his father at home.

Sitting on a dark blue couch with a wall full of framed art, Evan was pictured with his son lying on his chest. The new dad sat with his feet rested up on a coffee table, dressed casually in a black outfit and cream jacket, and a pair of black ankle boots.

The blonde-haired dad looked natural and calm while sleepily looking away from the camera with a baby towel over his shoulder. With a clever "Star Wars" reference, Evan captioned the photo:

"Young Ziggy Blu the force is strong with you."

Ziggy Blu looked adorable with his tiny head rested on his father's chest. He was dressed in a cute patterned onesie and a black and white striped beanie.

Fans couldn't help but gush over the cute duo. They expressed their awe in a slew of sweet comments. One fan commented, "Congratulations to you both as the proudest parents in the universe," and another fan added, "Jedi = justice, equality, diversity and inclusion," in response to the "Star Wars" reference.

Evan shares Ross with singer Ashlee Simpson. The couple married in August 2014 at Diana's estate in Connecticut. The couple has an older daughter, Jagger Snow Ross, 5. Simpson also has a 12-year-old son, Bronx, from her previous marriage with Pete Wentz.

The couple announced that they were expecting a boy back in May. Evan posted the cute gender reveal celebration on his Instagram. Bronx and Jagger were in attendance, although Jagger was clearly disappointed that she would remain the only girl.

Ziggy Blu was born on October 29, making him the eighth grandchild of the legendary "Upside Down" singer Diana, who has five children.

Apart from Evan's kids, Diana's other grandchildren include Raif, from her daughter Rhonda Ross, Callaway and Everlee from her daughter Chudney, and Indigo and Lief from her son Ross.

With such a big growing family, music diva Diana is surrounded by so much love. This was evident when the family came out to support her when she received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the American Music Awards in 2017.

The awards were rightly hosted by her daughter, "Black-ish" actress Tracee Ellis Ross, who is yet to have her own children. In an iconic photo, Diana posed for a photo flanked by her children, their partners, and her grandkids.
