HBO Max and Carrie Underwood shared the first glimpse of her amazing Christmas Special with the release of the official trailer for "My Gift: A Christmas Special From Carrie Underwood."
Carrie Underwood's fans are set for a double delight this Christmas season as the year comes to an end. This observation comes following the release of the official trailer of her upcoming musical special.
On Monday, HBO Max released the trailer for the Christmas Special, showing as she performed every song from her first-ever Christmas album, which she released in September.

Underwood also performed some traditional classic Christmas tunes during the HBO Max Christmas special, backed by a full orchestra and choir, and on a grand stage. There was also a special duet with John Legend, who joined her to sing "Hallelujah." While narrating, Underwood said:
"[...]I wanted to make this album full of love and full of so much heart."
Underwood added that she and HBO Max wanted to bring the album to life visually, adding that she could not wait for everyone to see it. She also said the experience had been wonderful and that it felt amazing to sing the songs on a beautiful stage. The Christmas special will also feature Underwood's duet with her 5-year-old son, Isaiah.
Underwood highlighted the importance of her family to go to church, saying it is an inspirational aspect of the holidays.
The mother-son duo performed "Little Drummer," and she shared the first snap of the duet with her fans on social media, expressing pride that she and Isaiah captured the sweetest voice at that moment.
Underwood, a seven-time Grammy winner, revealed last month that she asked Isaiah if he wanted to sing on the album. He had no issues doing so, and they practiced together at home, going over the song line by line, word by word.
With the Christmas season coming ever so closer, Underwood, who shares Isaiah and his brother Jacob, 1, with husband Mike Fisher, has been opening up about some of her family's holiday traditions.
Underwood highlighted the importance of her family to go to church, saying it is an inspirational aspect of the holidays that they hold dearly. She added that they also like to get into the holiday spirit at home with the decorations.
The mother of two continues to make new strides in her already impressive career, and as fans get ready to witness her latest project, they can be sure it would make for great viewing pleasure.
