Some Fans Are Furious with 'The Masked Singer' Semifinals Results as 3 Contestants Unmasked

After the performance, they will vote for their favorite singer using an electronic device and the one who gets the least number of votes will have to take off their mask to reveal their identity.

After last Wednesday's episode, one of the fans commented that Grammy-winning singer and actress Tori Kelly, who was behind the seahorse mascot, was robbed of an opportunity to be in the finals.

On Twitter, one user was amazed after 27-year-old Kelly was revealed to be the woman behind the seahorse mascot. The fan couldn't believe Kelly could sing so well even with a heavy costume on.

There are those who couldn’t get over the fact that Kelly was eliminated, along with iconic singer Taylor Dayne, who carried the popcorn mask. One Instagram user wrote:

"SHE WAS ROBBED."

While some are heartbroken over Kelly’s exit, some were delighted about snowboarder Chloe Kim’s marvelous showmanship on stage. One Twitter user was blown away by her performance while in a jellyfish costume.

Another Twitter user noted that Kim’s costume was her favorite for the show’s fourth season. Kim, Kelly, and Dayne were three of the ten contestants on the show.

Many fans were thrilled after renowned TV host Wendy Williams joined the show wearing a Lips mascot.

Though they only reached the semifinals, Dayne, who is already a prominent singer, expressed gratitude for the opportunity and said that she had a blast after she participated in the show.

Many fans await the day the champion of the fourth season will be announced. On the show’s season three, reality star Kandi Burruss, who wore the night angel mascot, was declared the winner.
