The Wades found themselves in the news late last year and earlier this year after Zaya came out as a transgender person, sparking lots of social media reactions.
Zaya's parents and family stood by her through it all, with Dwyane urging parents to support their kids and do proper research on such things.
The proud father, who referred to Zaya using the "she" pronoun for the first time during an appearance on Showtime's "All The Smoke" podcast in December 2019, has also previously said that he and Union's objective is protecting Zaya's heart and joy.
Dwyane and Union's daughter Kaavia is also an internet sensation and is known for her funny meme faces, which has earned her the tag "The Shady Baby."
In March, Dwyane shared a hilarious photo of Kaavia that showed her looking bored and pensive. The proud father captioned the picture "Mood."
The image has since gone viral, with many people describing it as social distancing at its best. The Wades are preparing for the holiday season. Dwyane and Union have a few holiday traditions that they look up to every year.
While speaking to E!'s Carissa Culiner on "Daily Pop," Union joked that she and Wade have been inconsistent with their holiday celebrations recently due to their transient lives.
They usually celebrate in different cities, enjoying a turkey sandwich in hotel rooms, which has been their only real tradition.
The COVID-19 pandemic means the couple most likely spent Thanksgiving with their family at home and will surely enjoy Christmas and New Year festivities with their kids.
Knowing the Wades for how cool and united they are, it promises to be a swell and enjoyable period of festive bliss.
